There are two main types of restrictions that are usually found in PDF files. Both of those deal with password protection. PDF files can be encrypted so that you would need a password to open them and to modify, read or even print PDF files. Usually those passwords can't be the same. AnyBizSoft PDF Password Remover can't remove open passwords and it actually suggests that you input that password correctly before you can work with the file. It can remove the other types of passwords (modify, print, etc.).

With this application it is rather easy to work with PDF files. All you need to do is add the files that you want to "decrypt" by clicking the "add files" button. You can add as many as you want. When you have selected all the files that you want to remove passwords from, simply click "start". During my test the less important limitations were successfully removed. I still had to tell the app what the password was for opening the file.
